DMCA Policy

Precisely Peachy respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). This policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims.

This page explains how content owners can submit a takedown notice for infringing materials. It also describes the process for counter-notifications if content is removed by mistake.

How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work appears on Precisely Peachy without authorization, you may send a DMCA takedown notice. Please send your notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that infringes the copyright, along with information allowing us to find it (e.g., a specific URL to the article or content).
  • Contact information for the complaining party, including an address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the material’s use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a copyright notice, you may send a counter-notification. This allows you to challenge the removal. Send your counter-notice to our designated DMCA agent.

Your counter-notification must include the following elements:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal (e.g., the URL of the article or content).
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you must consent to any judicial district where Precisely Peachy may be found.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.
